常见问题

换了设备或重装后，买过的展馆怎么找回？
用购买时的同一个 Apple 账户登录 App Store，打开应用，点任意带锁的展馆，通过家长验证后，在“解锁展馆”面板点“恢复购买”。恢复不会再次扣费。

哪些内容免费，哪些需要购买？
陶瓷馆可免费使用。其余展馆为一次性买断，可单馆购买或一次全部解锁；没有订阅，也不会自动续费。

付款成功但展馆没有解锁怎么办？
请确认网络正常后点“恢复购买”。如仍未解锁，请把 Apple 发来的购买收据邮件转发给我们。

怎样申请退款？
退款由 Apple 处理，请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

应用会收集孩子的信息吗？
不会。应用没有账号、广告和统计工具，学习进度只保存在本机。详见隐私政策与用户协议。

发现文物介绍有误？

FAQ

How do I restore purchases on a new device or after reinstalling?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account used for the purchase, open the app, tap any locked hall, pass the parental gate, then tap “Restore Purchases” on the unlock panel. You will not be charged again.

What is free and what is paid?
The Ceramics Hall is free. Other halls are one-time purchases, available individually or all together. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal.

I paid but the hall did not unlock.
Check your network connection and tap “Restore Purchases”. If it is still locked, forward Apple's receipt email to us.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does the app collect my child's information?
No. The app has no accounts, ads or analytics tools, and progress is stored only on the device. See the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.

Found an error in an artifact description?
Please email us and we will correct it in a later version.
